We are currently hiring a Sales Support and Studio Coordinator for a 12-Month Maternity Leave Contract starting April 2nd 2024. This multifaceted role is instrumental in providing essential support across the sales, administrative, and HR departments. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative team with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction while living Aura’s values of Care, Humility, Creativity, Passion and Fun

**About You**
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of business development and sales activities;
- Ability to conduct research based on basic instructions;
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, formulate plans and stay organized;
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team;
- Ability to deliver results with tight timelines and pay attention to the details;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong presentation editing capabilities preferred (familiarity with Canva, PPT); and
- Hubspot experience preferred.

**Experience**
- 1+ years’ experience in an admin/support role.

**Credentials**
- High school degree

**About the Role**
- Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Support and Studio Coordinator primarily provides support to the Sales and Marketing team, with a secondary function of providing administrative support to the entire Aura team in a variety of daily operations including general office management and HR Coordination.

Details below:

- Provide exceptional administrative support for the Sales and Marketing, Administrative and HR teams;
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify target markets thereby enabling productive BD activities;
- Seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, based on trigger events identified through monitoring current news and social media events, to provide recommendations to the team;
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals, gathering all relevant data for accurate input;
- Support the Sales team with CRM updates and creation of Sales reports;
- Maintain weekly Key Performance Indicator tracker, providing accurate and up-to-date information;
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project related files such as the project charter for all new clients and projects;
- Provide event planning and execution support for the marketing team;
- Assist the Director of People and Culture with recruitment activities including job description creation, job posting, applicant screening and preliminary phone screening;
- Assist with the implementation of Aura’s employee reward and recognition programs;
- Support the Director of Community Impact with various administrative tasks including the maintenance of office supplies and refreshments/groceries for the office and the organization of weekly office lunches and other internal events; and
- Other duties as assigned.
