Rehabilitation Support Worker

Rehabilitation Support Worker needed part time to support our male client with ABI in his home and throughout the Northbrook/Kaladar community. No personal care is required.
Please note that _**this is not a clinic-based rehabilitation position**_._
This role would be best for someone who is friendly, reliable, patient, with a good sense of humour. Time spent with our client will include PT exercises, playing card games, neighbourhood walks, appointments, visiting local shops and restaurants, community events, making lunch etc.
**Requirements**:
- Experience supporting ABI clients in their homes and communities.
- Be comfortable supporting client in men's washroom/change room.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID -19.
- Have a valid full G Driver’s License with reliable vehicle to travel throughout the community with client.
- Provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Have current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Being flexible, having strong communication skills, and possessing a willingness to learn, (ongoing training provided) are considered strong assets.
