- **Team Player.** You own your part in a team environment, and believe that each person and role has value to the common end goal's success.
- **Detail oriented.** You naturally notice spelling errors, grammar errors and things that just don't make sense. You deliver error-free work proudly, and feel bothered when you see things submitted as complete with obvious errors.

- **Organized**. You're the one who knows where everything is, because you've put it in the spot that makes the most sense.
- **Unbiased Decision Maker**. You are able to look at situations completely fact based, and make decisions based on what is known and true. It is easy for you to see both sides in conflicts, and to clearly identify solutions that are fair to both parties.
- **Confident**. You may not know it all, but you do know that you'll always find the answer. You are happy to speak in group settings, and take pride in sharing your knowledge.
- **Accountable**. You are honest with yourself and the people around you if and when you are unable to meet commitments, and you rarely blame someone else before identifying how you have learned for next time.
- **Genuine and trustworthy**. Someone that will contribute to our work environment in a positive way. Ask yourself: _“Have I had quite a few issues working with others in the past? Would I say it was the other parties’ fault each time?”_ If yes, please do not apply.
