What You’ll Do:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role by providing administrative support to the Construction Team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work on various activities, including office administration, accounting, vendor and supplier management, and health & safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an efficient functioning of the office, including checking mail, sending couriers, assisting with travel needs, stocking supplies, and other general office administration duties.
- Accept invoices by matching them against approved POs and contracts, and complete entries in appropriate systems for payment.
- Participate in Health & Safety and Construction meetings and take minutes. Maintain master list for quality, environmental and Health & Safety records.
- Review employee expense reports and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain hard copies and electronic files for various documentation. Assist the Manager in the creation of all government reports as needed.
- Organize special events such as meetings and social gatherings.
- Assist PMO (Project Management Office) with document control.
- Manage meeting and individual schedules as needed.
- Other duties as required.

- A strong communicator: You have a clear and effective communication style and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.

Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an administrative capacity.
- A College Diploma or equivalent in a Business Administration Program is preferred.
