**CORPORATE SALES & EVENT COORDINATOR**

The Corporate Sales & Event Coordinator ensures that our standards of customer service and satisfaction are exceeded throughout the entire event planning process from the point of sale to event finalization.

**OPPORTUNITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Respond to all corporate event leads including reaching out to former clients.
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to perform tours, answer inquiries and process event contracts.
- Plan, organize and finalize all event details to ensure client satisfaction on the day of the event.
- Liaison with suppliers to assist your clients with execution of events.
- Create banquet event orders, floor plans and other documents required for all team members participating with the event.
- Assist clients during the planning process by making recommendations, and answering any questions.
- Attend team meetings prior to all events to guarantee successful execution.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-2 years' experience as an event coordinator required.
- Previous corporate sales experience considered an asset.
- Post-Secondary education, specialization in Event Management, Professional Event Planning, Tourism or Hospitality Management preferred.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service mindset as well as a high level of ethics and integrity.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
