**THE 2023 GREY CUP FESTIVAL**
In 2023 the Tiger-Cats and City of Hamilton will host the 110th Grey Cup where Hamilton Sports Group will be responsible for the development and execution of an innovation Grey Cup Festival. The Grey Cup
Festival (November 14 - 19) will celebrate the Hamilton community and features activities for fans of all ages including concerts, parties and award shows.

The Hamilton Sports Group is seeking an experienced sales/marketing professional to join our Corporate
Partnerships team. The **Manager, Grey Cup Festival Corporate Partnership Sales** will be responsible for generating new sponsorships for the 2023 Grey Cup Festival. Qualified individuals will be accountable to prospecting, pipeline management and building objective based programs for potential partners. They already have an established reputation and track record of working in the sponsorship industry.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prospect, target, pitch and secure partnerships for the 2023 Grey Cup Festival
- Develop and maximize networking opportunities with potential and existing sponsors and relevant marketing agencies
- Understand the prospect's brand objectives and design sales presentations to reflect brand synergies and positioning
- Work with the partnership service team to oversee the delivery of Grey Cup Festival partnership programs

**QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE)**
- **Job Specific Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets o Experience developing sponsorship property assets that align with partner objectives o Strong knowledge of the Canadian Football League, Grey Cup, Grey Cup Festival and

Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club considered an asset o Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment o Is self-motivated and gets out of bed every day excited about coming to work and driving revenue
- **Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales experience at either the agency, brand or property side o Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, business, sports administration or other related disciplines an asset

**OTHER CONSIDERATIONS**
- Will be required to work all home games, as well as weekends and evenings when necessary
- Will be required to have access to a vehicle at all times
