**As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Working to ensure maximum activation and retention of Collage clients, new and tenured;
- Attaining deep platform knowledge to provide customized platform configurations and solutions to meet client goals;
- Owning and resolving client questions from start to finish;
- Providing training to existing clients on platform features;
- Working across the organization to provide a great customer experience;
- Providing excellent customer service along with HR technology support and guidance.

**A few of our tools**: MAC O/S, Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, 1password, Intercom, Zoom, and of course, Collage

**You should have**:

- Bilingual (English & French);
- 2+ years of customer service experience;
- High energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, "can do" attitude via phone and in person;
- High degree of ownership and commitment, taking pride in a job well done;
- High level of organization and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills;

En tant que gestionnaire du Succès Clients vous serez responsable de:

- Assurer l’activation et la rétention des clients de Collage, nouveaux et courant;
- En apprendre sur les entreprises et les industries de vos clients, et fournir des solutions et configurations personnalisées pour fournir de bons résultats et rencontrer les objectifs des clients;
- Maintenir et augmenter les revenus en élargissant le portefeuille de services des clients;
- Collaborer avec les autres équipes de Collage pour offrir une excellente expérience client;
- Offrir un excellent service client ainsi que du support et des conseils en technologie RH.

**Ce que vous devez avoir**:

- Bilinguisme (Français & Anglais);
- 2 ans et plus d’expérience en service à la clientèle;
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication (parlée, écrite);
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office et Excel;
- Expérience en service de clients B2B un atout certain.
