I am currently looking for Customer Success Managers to help build and implement a unique AI platform that pulls data from hundreds of sources to revolutionise the underwriting process.

The platform is aimed at commercial insurance providers and is the leading provider of revenue ops in the space.

They have a world-class team who went to top-tier schools and this has helped them to secure over 40 million in funding (Series A + B) and already have 7-digit reoccurring revenue.

Role
As part of the GTM team, you will be helping to build, implement, release managing, onboarding, account management and landing/expanding

Requirements
Customer facing experience
Experience in a consulting / solutions / customer success-type role
Ideally start-up experience or a real want to work in one
Ideally SaaS implementation/build experience

Package
Base + commission, bonus, equity, health, dental, vision, 401(k), unlimited PTO

This role is fully remote across the US and Canada
