- The Facility Coordinator is required to maintain the building, equipment, and property of the Edmonton site. They will have the capability to troubleshoot minor mechanical problems, complete minor repairs, as well as the ability to schedule and arrange assistance for more extensive repairs. They will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the facility, daily inspections of the cardlock, snow removal, grass and weed control, and provide support to other departments as required._

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Maintain the building, equipment, and property of the Edmonton site.
- Check all equipment for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
- Maintain a ready for duty status while on shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Provide support with the implementation of compliance programs.
- Assist with the investigation of Incident Reports and Problem Identification Reports.
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliances.
- Communicate any unsafe conditions or accidents/injuries in a timely manner to the supervisor to facilitate prompt correction or reporting.
- Demonstrate effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
- Participate in weekly service and safety reviews.
- Assist with Safety, Above Ground Tank and Transportation Compliance.
- Aid in establishing operating procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Responsible for the daily card lock inspections, yard inspections, and the overall property.
- Responsible for snow removal.
- Responsible for grass and weed control.
- Responsible for the Wash Bay.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products and/or hazardous materials.
- Other related duties as required or assigned.

**OTHER KEY SKILLS (or product knowledge)**:

- Management and / or supervisory experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills

**EXPERIENCE**:
3+ years’ experience in Operations or Transportation management role.

3+ years’ experience in fuel, transportation, or oil and gas industry.

**EDUCATION**:
High School Diploma or GED required.

Class 1 Drivers License an asset.
