Position Summary:
As a member of the Talent, Culture, and Engagement CoE, this role acts as a Global Strategic Sourcing Specialist, providing talent sourcing & screening support to the Talent Acquisition teams across the regions for ongoing and future critical talent needs. This person will contribute to the successful and constant flow of sourcing & selection of new recruits into AIR PRODUCTS, within the provisions of the recruitment plan. The incumbent will ensure the effective implementation of recruitment policies and procedures to support the effective fulfillment of workforce requirements to facilitate the achievement of AIR PRODUCTS’ business objectives.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum of 6 years of relevant Talent Sourcing experience with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and industry knowledge
Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR, RPO, preferably with a global organization
Proven experience and deep understanding of sourcing technology and market trends
Should come with a passion for exploring and research tools and trends in the evolving sourcing market
Deep expertise in domains like - Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, EPC industry, Renewable Energy
Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends
Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred
Ability to think both strategically and tactically
Past experience of working on global projects will be an added advantage

- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent
- Strong in Head Hunting, Industry mapping, and developing and maintaining talent pools/pipelines
- Collaborate with global strategic & operations recruiting leaders / HR Business Partners / Business Managers to understand hiring demand and business priorities
- Leverage various sourcing channels and methods to develop a proactive and consistent pipeline of qualified and diverse talent for open roles, repetitively hired roles, and niche roles
- Maintains progress reports/status reports/market feedback reports for presentation to TA Sourcing Strategist Lead and Business Stakeholders.
- Responsible for developing talent intelligence strategy and advice on our competitive intelligence and market research strategies
- Creating data & analytical driven dashboards and reports while being able to present to key stakeholders
