About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Kansha Mod. Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management structures.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Event Management: Manage events, conferences, and other organizational activities, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees, driving individual and team performance improvement.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective resource management and business optimization.
About You
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective organizational policies and programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively in various settings.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant software applications.
