We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to take ownership of administrative support. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for customers who us as their service provider. Days and hours to be discussed at interview.

**Your Day to Day**:
- Greeting customers, answering phones
- Requesting/downloading insurance claims
- Scheduling assessment & repair appointments
- Booking courtesy vehicles
- Communicating with Insurance providers
- Collecting payments
- Recording expected towing requests
- Make warranty claims with the manufacturer
- Prepare the accounting schedule of warranty claims
- View payments received
- Ensure all claims are processed within 30 days
- Support the service department as well as sales related to the warranty
- Develop various internal reports
- Ensure compliance with the manufacturer's policies and procedures at the warranty level
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Experience in a service reception/warranty administrative role is preferred
- Great Customer service skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Office administration experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Superb Word, Excel, & PowerPoint skills. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
