**Service receptionist**

**Summary**

The Service Receptionist and Admin Assistant is an outgoing person who demonstrates company values and culture in all activities. As a friendly, outgoing person this role leaves a lasting impression on our customers, suppliers, and employees, demonstrating that all callers and visitors are very important to the company. Having positive energy emitting vim, vigor and a smiling personality over the phone is essential.

**What You’ll Do - The Role (Responsibilities)**
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls that are not routed through the auto attendant in a professional and friendly manner. Example - good morning/afternoon Total Power how can we help you. Work closely with all employees to determine the best and most efficient way to direct calls to the applicable extensions and monitor all calls placed on hold until they are answered, or a message is taken. Learn about the different aspects of the company so you can confidently answer a variety of questions from our customers.
- Provide general information to callers.
- Manage ownership of general inbox for National Service department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for National support teams (Contracts, Invoicing, Strategic accounts)

**What You Need (Requirement)**
- Excellent computer and phone skills.
- Good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean work area.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business partners.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
- In the case of a power outage or declared State of Emergency by any level of Government, be available for work.

**Working Conditions**
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
- Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required.

**Experience**:

- Excellent Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Excellent computer & phone skills.: 2 years (preferred)
