**Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Recruiter)**

**About the Role**

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at RNS, you will play a central role in shaping our team by finding exceptional talent. You’ll drive the recruitment process from start to finish, developing recruitment plans, networking with industry contacts, and creating innovative sourcing strategies. This role is key to building a strong team across our healthcare and support service functions, ensuring that each position is filled with the right individual to advance our mission.

**A Day-to-Day Look at the Role**
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment plans, including campus recruitment and new graduate programs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding for healthcare roles.
- Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs to increase visibility and promote RNS as an employer of choice.

**Who We Are Looking For**

**What You Need to Succeed**

**Education & Experience**: A university degree in HR or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare. A Behavioral Interviewing Certificate is an asset.

**Skills**: Excellent communication and networking skills, with strong abilities in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

**Technical Proficiency**: Strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting.

**Mindset**: Resourceful, flexible, and solution-oriented. You’re motivated by achieving results and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our caregivers care for clients in their homes, hospitals, retirement and nursing home facilities.

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
