**Duties**:

- Create and process work orders based on production needs and stock levels
- Organize production documents and drawings
- Manage supply chain transfers, packing slips, and purchase orders
- Maintain spreadsheets for production and material tracking
- File paperwork daily and track inventory adjustments
- Coordinate with departments to support production processes
- Report production errors and discrepancies to the plant manager
- Conduct safety inspections and cycle counts
- Adhere to health & safety policies
- Perform other duties as required

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP Software)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience in manufacturing processes an asset
- Carry out complex oral and written instructions
- Attention to detail
- Flexible, innovative and adaptable
- Effective verbal and written communicator with staff as well as all levels of management
- Thrives working in a very fast-paced environment
