Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities

The Talent Advisor contributes to the organization's efficiency by ensuring that workforce needs are met effectively. This involves leading the full recruitment cycle, creating recruitment strategies based on regional characteristics, and serving as the primary point of contact for the recruitment and selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate job postings, regional job fairs, collection and screening of resumes, arrangement of venues for interviews, participation in interviews, reference checks and letters of offer.
  • Continuously evaluate and suggest new methods when developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Community Engagement Managers to acquire new talent.
  • Analyze organization's needs to anticipate hiring and maintain a pulse on recruitment trends.
  • Source and develop the pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including employment centers, employment agencies, newcomer centers, adult schools, colleges, and universities, as well as social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and ad hoc reports, providing relevant HR metrics to management on a proactive basis to assist them in managing their workforces.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure future needs are identified for proactive planning to manage the workforce and facilitate meetings as a touch point on recruitment needs and strategy.
