In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing marketing strategies and executing impactful campaigns for our regional shopping center. Your mission: to elevate our shopping centre's public image, boost foot traffic, and drive sales within our retail property. **Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with tenants, management, and investors to develop a comprehensive local Marketing Plan, encompassing retailer, community, and special events, advertising, promotion, and digital media for the shopping center.

**Budgeting and Reforecasting**: Take charge of developing, recommending, monitoring, and reporting on the Marketing Budget, ensuring optimal allocation and resource utilization.

**Social Media/Digital Media**: Manage daily social media activities, maintain website content and craft long-term branding strategies for social media channels. Partner with retailers to create fresh media content.

**Guest Experience**: Optimize our guests’ experience by constantly monitoring centre amenities and advising on potential improvements.

**Gift Card Program**: Grow sales through increased individual, corporate and institutional sales. Manage and administer the program to ensure financial accountability.

**Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about regional and local economic and market trends, keeping a watchful eye on the competition and commercial retail developments.

**Customer Engagement**: Inspire customer loyalty through engaging communications and loyalty initiatives. Strategically grow customer database.

**Special Events & Exhibits**: Coordinate engaging exhibits and special events to increase foot traffic in the shopping center.

**Retailer & Community Relations**: Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, supporting their sales and promotions. Develop community partnerships to enhance and leverage Public Relations to position the center as a community leader.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., marketing, public relations).

**Experience**: 5 years of relevant marketing experience.

**Skills**: Excellent computer skills, with Digital Graphic Design competency as a valuable asset.

Proven People Management skills and experience
