**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage work flow to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Update customers and Insurance Companies on repair status.
- Update InsuranceCompanies with supplemental repairs and possible delays.
- Monitor efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality of repairs.
- Maintain all body shop equipment and ensure regular services and maintenance checks.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Auto Body Collision industry Minimum 2 years Body Shop Management experience preferred.
