**Our expectations**

The Lead, Program Development for PRO will take charge of categories associated with our PRO programs. They will develop, plan, implement, and analyze programs related to home PRO programs for all RONA banners (i.e., RONA, Reno-Depot). Thanks to efficient management, the incumbent will ensure that PRO programs are available across the country in order to support sales.

**Your role**
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the PRO categories under their responsibility
- Continuously analyze the performance of programs under their responsibility and make necessary changes to achieve sales objectives
- Communicate and negotiate with various suppliers to secure attractive promotional offers for the PRO categories under their responsibility
- With the company’s other business units, participate in program launch and optimization strategies
- Ensure the sales budget is respected and ensure that price ranges for RONA banners are competitive in relation to the rest of the market
- Implement new programs and define training for them
- Recruit installers/suppliers and assess their performance to ensure they are qualified in the categories and offer impeccable service
- Ensure that PRO programs are applied consistently for all RONA banners
- Monitor performance indicators applicable to sales and service quality, and debrief management
- Analyze the possible causes of deficiencies and achievements and then implement strategies to optimize sales and profit margins
- Ensure that the installer pool covers all PRO categories under their responsibility and that there are enough installers to offer service to customers within the required timeframe
- Identify high-potential opportunities and market trends
- Monitor the competition to determine competitors’ service level as well as price ranges and delivery times.

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good understanding of the retail industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to persuade
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong focus on the optimization of customer experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations
