The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for our professional stores, taking into account market trends and customer needs. You will also lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement store strategy plans that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the development process
  • Analyze market trends and past performance to develop effective sales budgets and strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A university degree in project management, administration, or a related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in project management, ideally in a large-scale corporate environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a team and manage multidisciplinary projects

About the Location

This role is based in Boucherville, Quebec, and requires regular travel to RONA's head office and other locations as needed. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home some days and commute to the office on others.
