The PRO clientele (entrepreneurs) is a significant segment of our business and a crucial priority. Therefore, we are expanding our support team by opening a role for a Coordinator of PRO Sales and Marketing. Join a dynamic team responsible for developing and optimizing PRO programs for all Rona Inc. brands in Canada, including Lowe's, RONA, RONA+, and Réno-Dépôt. We are looking for a self-motivated, meticulous, customer-focused, and highly organized individual. You will also coordinate strategies effectively with cross-functional teams. The person in this key role will support PRO Managers in all their activities.

**Your role**
- Support managers in implementing marketing and promotional strategies for the development of PRO programs.
- Coordinate the planning and deployment of these programs.
- Promote our services and evaluate the performance of PRO programs nationwide.
- Collaborate with and support field teams in the implementation of these programs.
- Plan and manage communications with stores and our PRO customers.
- Produce and analyze reports to guide decisions aimed at optimizing program performance.
- Work closely with various departments to coordinate sales initiatives related to the programs.
- Coordinate effectively with marketing, merchandising, operations, and communications teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain competitive awareness to assess the offerings and advantages of our competitors.
- Update strategic documents such as the promotions calendar and marketing plans.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotions, visual supports, online displays, and legal elements.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our store network across Canada to make informed decisions based on regional specificities.

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- College degree, preferably supplemented by 2 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in hardware is appreciated, PRO services an asset.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and organization.
- Proficiency in the Office 365 suite, with Power Automate as an asset.
- Excellent teamwork skills, including the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
