**Closing Date: January 15, 2023**:
Reporting to the Lead Business Admin Project Development Group (PDG), the Project Administrator provides diverse support and coordination for the projects and functional teams in line with the department's strategic direction.

This is a one-year temporary employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Act as Travel & Accommodation Lead, which involves arranging travel, related itineraries and making reservations.
- Support to multiple projects that involves preparing presentations, reports, and other assignments, as required by project personnel in a timely manner.
- Plans and coordinates requests by management promptly.
- Prepares and submits approved expense reports for senior project team members.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by the
- Lead, Business Admin PDG.

**Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary Education with 1-2 years of work experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be an asset.
- Prior office experience would be considered an asset.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience with minor IT issues and problem-solving Independent, self-motivated, able to take the initiative to liaise with other departments and/or external sources.
- Capable of working autonomously and independently under deadlines and prioritizing work.
