**What you will do**:

- Build strong, genuine relationships with carriers built on a foundation of trust and camaraderie
- Enter orders into our systems, track and trace shipments, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer needs are met
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service to clients
- Provide quotes and negotiate terms with customers and carriers

**What You Have**:

- OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) or equivalent
- Post secondary schooling in relevant field or relatable industry experience
- Familiar with various software's including CRMs
- Comfortable with basic programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
- The willingness to learn in a 3PL environment
- An analytical mindset with a firm understanding of current and future market trends
- A strong understanding of mathematical concepts
- The ability to connect and build relationships with people
- Team player
- A positive go-getter attitude
