**The Role**:
The People & Culture Coordinator will work closely with the entire People & Culture team and perform day to day tasks to ensure smooth operation of the department. The incumbent will also be required to participate in projects that may be launched from time to time.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities** (including but not limited to):
- Efficiently recruit for plant roles and ensure KPIs related to workforce stabilization projects are being met by
- Handle end to end recruitment of other hourly positions as needed
- Assist with new hire orientation and townhalls
- Carry out administrative tasks such as issuing job letters, sending out letters to employees etc.
- Establish and maintain contact with employees on leave of absence
- Assist employees with answering their queries or guiding them to the right person
- Periodically updating HRIS with employee status
- Assist with filing and maintaining employee files
**Key Competencies**:
- College diploma in human resource management or related field
- Extrovert with clear written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and issue resolution skills
