We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, energetic and proactive Executuve Assistant to join our team at Imagine Work. Ultimately, you will be responsible for supporting our executives with our fast-growing operations and making sure Imagine Work's operations are smooth and organized.

We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented - you have to love being thorough We're also looking for someone who is comfortable with having accountability - you will need to step in to new situations as required and take ownership of projects/tasks to ensure completion. The best part is that you'll be appreciated for everything you do - from staffs and clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage scheduling for our executives
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Occasional pick up or delivery

**You could be a great fit for the job if you have the following skills**:

- Previous Executive Assistant experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Detailed oriented and good administrative skills
- Basic math and accounting skills is an asset
- Good working knowledge with computer
- Proficiency in Google Drive, MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Will required some driving, must have G license and mobility to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
