**Position Summary**:
**Title**: Project Coordinator, Cultural Safety and Humility Standards
**Contract**: until Mar 31, 2024
**Hours**: Part-time
**Location**: Sinclair

**About the role**
As the Project Coordinator, you will be supporting projects that are responsible for the design and development of people-centered evidence-based health and social services standards and learning resources. You will be a key support person in the work of co-designing, developing, and testing an Indigenous-led BC CSH assessment standard and culturally safe and appropriate methods for self-assessment by Accreditation Canada client organizations in BC.

**About you**

**To be successful in this role you will have/be -**
- University degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field, such as business, science, social services, or healthcare or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Have recent and relevant experience in Project Coordination

**You may have;**
- A Project Management designation is an asset
- Have experience with standards or accreditation
- Have surveyor experience
- Experience working in a reporting matrix environment
- Have experience working with BC First Nations/Indigenous people at a community level
