We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal-Strong command of English
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
