Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Macbeeners Business Goods.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in administrative tasks.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
