As an **A/P Clerk **with Niradia, you will work as part of an accounting team and will support in processing AP transactions.
**Job responsibilities for this position**:
- Maintain the AP ledger function and ensures the payment of all invoices and expense claims
- Ensure that AP invoices are correctly posted to GL
- File management of AP invoices
- Ensure that AP invoices have been approved by authorized management prior to processing
- Research and resolve invoicing problems with suppliers and vendors
- Post debit card transactions into GL
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years A/P experience
- An administrative Certificate or Diploma is a strong asset
- knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs
- Experience using accounting software (Sage experience an asset)
- Approachable and professional in demeanor
- Solid team player and willing to help out where needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks and keep many projects moving forward at once
