Reception and Data Entry Clerk

Delta, Canada United Earth Contractors Corp. Full time

The Reception/Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accounts payable, maintaining filing system, and perform a variety of other clerical duties such as reception, answering the phone, processing mail in accordance to established policies, standards and procedures.
**What you’ll do**
- Maintain and update filing system
- Responsible for replacing worn folders, culling files as necessary
- Perform receptionist and other clerical duties such as answering telephones, responding to inquiries and requests for information, provide administration support to staff as needed
- Sound knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation and arithmetic
- Working knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
- Ability to deal effectively with staff and customers
- Skill in keyboarding with speed and accuracy to meet deadlines

**What you bring**
- Grade 12
- Two (2) year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

You also have the ability to:

- **Keyboard 45 wpm.**:

- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Deal with others effectively
- Carry out the duties of the position
- Organize work
- Excel, Word and Power Point (Intermediate skills)


**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
