**Marketing & Design Coordinator**

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our firm's marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Events Coordinator to execute a diverse range of marketing strategies that drive our firm's growth, authority, and visibility. This multifaceted position will rely heavily on your keen ability to craft though-provoking content and design stunning graphics. You'll be instrumental in executing initiatives that ensure every marketing effort is a success and continues to bolster our brand and client base. This includes creating attention-grabbing graphics, composing thought provoking case studies, designing trade show collateral, and managing our social media presence to drive engagement.

Ensuring your creative battery has time to recharge, your responsibilities will also encompass a wide range of tasks, from supporting event-related initiatives to optimizing the website and producing reports that showcase our progress and success. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking across various marketing channels, and actively contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels.
- Design visually appealing assets for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Manage the firm's social media accounts, including strategy, scheduling, content creation (photo, video, editing, layout), curation from partners, and engagement monitoring.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and handling day-to-day responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and team members to brainstorm ideas, themes, and strategies for marketing campaigns and projects.
- Assist in planning and executing firm events in coordination with the Events Coordinator.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to branding guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, with a solid understanding of social media best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for marketing and design.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
