Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at AMP AUTOBODY PANELS LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Retail Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assigning tasks to sales team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Authorizing returns and refunds, ensuring fair treatment of customers
- Establishing work schedules to meet business needs
- Selling merchandise and promoting products to drive sales growth
- Resolving customer complaints and supply chain issues promptly
- Organizing and maintaining inventory levels to minimize waste and excess stock
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of sales team members
- Managing cash transactions and reconciliations accurately
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook
This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interactions with customers, colleagues, and management. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing situations quickly.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
