**Position Summary**: This role is intended for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced individual excited about the opportunity to use technology to help drive customer success while building a successful business with a collaborative and customer-centric culture.

This role falls within our Professional Services team and is primarily responsible for the delivery of projects in support of our clients. The Modern Workplace Consultant works in a collaborative method with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects through all project phases.

The employee will be required to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in translating business

requirements into technical solutions, while communicating project needs, constraints, and successes.
**Nature of the Work**: As a Modern Workplace Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in steering organizations through the transformation of their collaboration and document management solutions. Leveraging your expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID you'll drive successful implementations, migrations, and ensure seamless user experiences.

Your in-depth experience and comprehension of Microsoft Cloud Modern Work technologies, and their synergy in enhancing the modern workplace and bolstering security, will be essential for conducting client readiness assessments, engaging in sales discussions, scoping projects, and executing the delivery during the implementation phases.

**What You’ll Do Here**:

- Provide IT support and technical solutions to a broad range of clients.
- Conduct readiness assessments in client environments and provide input on next steps and phases of work to be conducted.
- Provide training and guidance to clients within the Microsoft modern work ecosystem in adherence to internal and Microsoft best practices.
- Plan and execute SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online implementation or migration projects ensuring compliance with organizational retention and compliance requirements and best practices.
- Technical Lead on projects from initial assessment, design, planning, through to implementation and handover.
- Work with your Project Manager to build an accurate project task list and schedule.
- Work with your Project Manager to ensure timely project updates, roadblock, issues, schedule changes, and risks are communicated, as required.
- Troubleshoot user issues as they pertain to Microsoft modern workplace technologies.
- Troubleshoot core on-premises/hybrid Microsoft services:

- Active Directory
- Azure AD Connect
- Certificate Services
- DHCP/DNS
- Group Policy
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Formerly SCCM)
- Prioritize multiple project and deliverables to plan your time effectively.
- Ensure accurate and effective documentation and assist with development and continuous improvement of existing best practices and governance in relation to Microsoft modern workplace technologies.
- Learn and obtain certifications for new technologies.

**Qualifications/Expertise**:

- 10+ years’ relevant work experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online and Intune)
- Proven experience with SharePoint/OneDrive migration projects using 3rd party migration tools.
- Excellent PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph skills
- Strong experience with SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Teams
