Job Description

This role is responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing the Microsoft customer acquisition strategy for the Small, Medium Commercial (SMC) Accounts. The successful candidate will grow the Microsoft Workplace platform through sales training and enablement, develop competitive sales tactics, and stay current with market and product trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A deep understanding of Microsoft 365 with strong technical proficiency.
  • 5-7+ years of technology-related sales or product consulting role (Microsoft products preferred).
  • Microsoft Certifications in the following: MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, SC-900: Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals, SC-400: Administering Information Protection and Compliance in Microsoft 365, AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Proven ability to engage in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and positioning Microsoft Workplace products as solutions to those challenges.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology, industry trends, and product updates, ensuring continued relevance and expertise in Microsoft Workplace solutions.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
