Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the health and safety of our employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
This role will involve conducting regular workplace inspections, investigating accidents and incidents, and providing training and information to employees and management on health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence
- Provide training and information to employees and management on health and safety procedures and protocols
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. occupational health and safety, environmental health)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
