Job Description

We're looking for a creative and customer-focused individual to work with clients to plan and design their spaces. As a Design Consultant - Modern Space Planner, you'll utilize your expertise in spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, and interior design styles to deliver exceptional results. Your passion for modern design and ability to translate our brand vision will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by providing enriching customer interactions and elevated design offerings.
  • Create customized designs using 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration.
  • Lead one-on-one design consultations, delivering projects on time and within determined timelines.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of CB2's brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy.
  • Meet individual sales, KPI, and service goals, demonstrating our four steps of selling.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
  • Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night.
About You

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong affinity for technology (2D and 3D tools, Google suite, video conferencing), and the ability to stay up-to-date on current design trends.
