As a Business Development Coordinator, your role will be crucial in the onboarding of new Cole accounts. You will be responsible for providing administrative and client support to ensure a smooth and successful transition for our clients. Working closely with the National Business Development Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in all post-sale activities. This will include document preparation and providing guidance and assistance to the client during the account implementation period. Your attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients will be essential in this process.

In order to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, you will act as a liaison between Business Development and other departments within Cole. This will require strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our operations, accounting, and account management teams to ensure that all necessary information and materials are prepared and delivered to the client in a timely manner.

In addition to supporting the onboarding process, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall growth and development of the Business Development department. Your insights and suggestions will be valued as we continuously strive to improve our processes and provide the best possible service to our clients. Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others will be essential in driving the success of our department.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Support the outside BDRs by onboarding their new accounts and working directly with the new customers.
- Manage the efforts and activities of sales department in alignment with corporate revenue goals and objectives.
- Review required documentation and create new business accounts for Business Development and communicate with the BDRs, as well other departments, on the status of each new account set-up
- Systems Administrator for the CRM Database to ensure current and accurate information, manage users and provide training for new users and new updates.
- Administrate DocuSign and image account documents into brokerage operating system.
- Training of the Business Development Team on an ongoing basis and for all new BDRs
- Act as liaison to other business units for completion of day-to-day administrative and operational issues
- Attend monthly BD Teams calls.
- Any other duties/assignments as assigned by National Business Development Supervisor or National Manager, Business Development

**Requirements & Education**:

- University degree / college diploma or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of logistics industry is an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, and key business partners
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized and professional
- Sound judgement and discretion

- Sound knowledge of business in general to assist with the liaison between all departments

**Working Conditions**:

- On-site, Monday to Friday
