**Role Description**

The Business Development Coordinator will assist with a broad range of duties, including:

- Supporting strategic business development initiatives
- Supporting submissions to major ranking services and directories
- Organizing and executing firm events and seminars
- Providing prospective client research and competitive intelligence
- Assisting in tracking and analyzing all client development activities
- Supporting the submissions team in drafting and editing proposals
- Supporting the firm's digital presence, including updating the firm's website and social media
- Coordinating sponsorship commitments and social media presence in the region
- Assisting lawyers in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities
- Handling any other relevant task pertaining to firm business development initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, business administration or the equivalent
- 1 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to client service
- A team player who also works well independently.
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels with confidence

We are offering a base salary plus a generous bonus structure based on achievement of key performance indicators.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
