**This Opportunity**
The S+A Toronto office is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our Business Development (BD) team. Our successful BD Coordinator will be accountable for providing tactical and administrative support to the growing BD and Proposal team. You will support/work on the implementation and ongoing maintenance of CRM Technology for the business. The key to success in this role is comprised of solid communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a keen sense of detail. While collaborating with senior team members, the BD coordinator will also focus on generating various reports and creating pitch packages for external clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with senior management to track and maintain data, processes and BD outcomes using our CRM and other tools.
- Support the BD Leads in data entry for prospects and verify follow up activities to offer support. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Conduct and report research findings on prospects, including client/prospect interaction losses.
- Assemble S+A pitch packages as required for clients, sectors, and other relevant pursuits.
- Track expertise by sector, region and project type; support the Proposal team with intel on expertise and staff as required.
- Keep abreast of industry events on a regional basis with notification to each office to encourage attendance by region, SME and executives.
- Other duties as assigned related to BD administration.
**Who You Are**
- Minimum 2 years of CRM, marketing administration or proposal experience within an engineering, construction or architectural firm
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience working with a CRM system preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Highly innovative with an attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Nice to Have**
- Working knowledge of InDesign or Adobe Creative Cloud.
