IT Support Technician

**DESCRIPTION**:
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Set up workstations with necessary hardware and devices
- Set up printers, scanners, routers, and other devices
- Assist with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting necessary software programs for users
- Work with team members to resolve their IT issues and needs
- Work with our third-party service providers to resolve issues that can’t be resolved in-house
- Liaise with our third-party suppliers for support for our various systems and hardware
- Ensure hardware is maintained to prevent premature failure or breakdowns
- Maintain records of company equipment, software, licenses, etc.
- Research and procure hardware as requested
- Review supplier invoices and quotes
- Assist with other ad hoc duties with operational departments
**DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Approximately One year or more of IT related experience
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of CodeIgniter or Laravel would be an asset, but not required
- Exceptional customer service attitude and approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use sound judgment, discretion, and professional integrity
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize to meet deadlines
- Must have your own personal vehicle to be able to travel to different warehouse and office locations
- Must be able to legally work in Canada
- Must have a valid passport to be able to travel to the United States
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:
- Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
