**Receptionist and Administrative Assistant**

**From $37,000-$41,000 per year**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage and process RMA and sales/ marketing sample shipments
- Handle incoming calls for the office phone and customer service line
- Greet and assist any visitors to the office
- Engage with customers through live chat platforms
- Maintain office environment (organizing cabins/storage, update meeting room schedules, etc.)
- Assist customers and other departments in product related inquiries
- Keep accurate records product shipments and associated costs
- Schedule delivery pickups with shipping carriers
- Occassionally manage shopify orders and order corrections
