**Qualifications and Responsibilities**_
- You will have 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years in sales recruitment, preferably in a corporate high-tech company or agency setting.
- You will have a degree in HR, Business or a related field.
- You will demonstrate strong sourcing and online social media recruitment skills and have a solid background in behavioural based interviewing assessment techniques.
- You will demonstrate the ability to recruit for a high volume of sales roles for all branches across Canada.
- You will have excellent communication, presentation, organizational and prioritizing skills.
- A highly motivated individual who is customer focused, adaptable, results driven and able to manage strong relationships in a fast paced environment will be very successful.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset but not required.
