SECCAN is a leading supplier of hardware specialty products, serving the commercial, institutional, industrial and multi-family residential construction building industry since 1970. We are committed to the same values and traditions that have served our customers for the past 50 years.

We have an immediate opening for a senior inside sales representative to provide superior service to new and existing customers. If you are a motivated self-starter who is organized, detail oriented and thrives on challenge, then this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

**Essential Responsibilities include**:

- Detail specific product required for orders, including hardware and specialty products
- Efficiently handle and mitigate queries, concerns and complaints
- Ensure high levels of customer service through prioritizing workload, communicating role expectations and supporting training and development initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Knowledge of the hardware industry (asset)
- 10-15 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent ability to build rapport with customers, strong communication skills
- Proven Customer service, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
