**Responsibilities**
- Collect payment after service and follow up on outstanding payment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including purchase orderes, invoicing and payments.
- Establish and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using QBO or simmilar accounting software.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.
- Handle general administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Establish & maintain electronic/hard copy files and records.
**Requirements**:
- Friendly, enthusiastic and professional mannerism.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
- Proficient in QuickBooks or simmilar accounting software.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
