Office Administrator/receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our busy team As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain schedules
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing messages
Invoice clients and take payments accordingly
- Provide general support to staff as needed
- Clinic assistance when needed such as cleaning and laundry
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration is preferred but not a requirement
- Previous experience as a receptionist is an asset
- Proficiency in using office software Word and Excel is helpful
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Knowledge of Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy disciplines is helpful
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
**Job Type**: Part-time and call-in
