Pour appuyer cette acquisition, Saint-Gobain offre une occasion de carrière prometteuse pour qu’un **réceptionniste** rejoigne notre équipe à notre **succursale située à Pointe-Claire**.

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

**Horaire** : lundi au vendredi, de 7 h à 16 h
**Statut**: temps plein, permanent, sur site

**Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous serez responsable de**:

- Accueillir les visiteurs et les diriger vers la personne et le bureau appropriés.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels entrants, les filtrer et les transférer.
- S'assurer que la zone de réception est bien rangée et présentable.
- Fournir des informations de base et précises en personne et par téléphone ou courriel.
- Recevoir, trier et distribuer le courrier et les livraisons quotidiennes.
- Planifier des rendez-vous et tenir des calendriers.
- Assister les services avec les tâches de bureau/administratives.
- Coordonner les réservations avec les agences de voyages lors des événements d'entreprise.
- Prendre en charge le suivi des véhicules loués par l'entreprise et le renouvellement des permis.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches en fonction des besoins.
- Bilingue (français et anglais);
- Diplôme de niveau secondaire ou l’équivalent;
- Expérience de travail prouvée en tant que réceptionniste, représentant de la réception ou dans un rôle similaire;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Attitude et apparence professionnelles;
- Compétences solides en communication, autant verbale qu’écrite;
- Attitude axée sur le service à la clientèle.

In support of this acquisition, Saint-Gobain has an exciting career opportunity for a **Receptionist at our Pointe-Claire branch** to join our team.

**WHAT’S THE JOB?**

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
**Status**:Full Time, permanent, On-site

**Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role**
- Greet, welcome visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person and office
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting departments with clerical/administrative tasks
- Coordinating bookings with travel agencies during company events
- Supporting with company leased vehicle tracking and license renewals
- Other duties as required

- High school diploma level or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
