**About the role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Business Development Lead is responsible for integrating, managing, and growing our trucking, surveying, mechanic’s, and equipment rental departments within KGH. Your focus will be on business growth and operational efficiency while overseeing the strategic management of equipment for our civil, landscape, and rental division.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies, process optimization, and financial performance across all departments
- Lead and expand business opportunities, maximize utilization of equipment and identifying new market ventures
- Manage financial aspects of related branches, including budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost control
- Building and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships
- Provide leadership and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment while maintaining clear communication channels within all departments
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency in all operations
**What we’re looking for**
- 5+ years of experience in business development and financial management
- Knowledge in equipment management related to civil, rental or landscape
- Background in business operations and client relationship management
- Post secondary education in business administration, operations management or related field
- Proficient in MS office Suite

Yearly Salary: $85,000-$120,000
