**HR - Manager, Talent Systems**

**Location**:Burnaby

**The Role**:
Our People Team is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage talent lifecycle systems that align with our Vision of investing in our people. Reporting to the VP, Talent & Culture, you will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition efforts, managing the talent journey, overseeing the health and wellness program, and providing support for training and development initiatives. The mission of our People Team is to give our team the best possible Watson Experience through providing impactful programs that contribute to the growth and success of our people and our company.

**YOUR core responsibilities**:

- Talent Acquisition: execute the full cycle of the recruitment and selection process
- Talent Journey: manage the employee experience from pre-onboarding to exit
- Health & Wellness: administer our benefits programs and provide health and wellness resources
- HRIS: manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS
- Training & Development: assist in providing internal learning and development material
- Advisor: support leadership team in providing coaching and guidance to team members

**What YOU BRING to Watson Gloves**:

- 5 + years experience managing and executing employee lifecycle systems
- Successful experience in talent management, with a specialty in talent acquisition a bonus
- Bachelor of HR or Business Administration and/or HR certification
- Alignment and commitment to Watson Gloves’ Core Values, Vision, Mission, Just Cause, and Leadership Principles
- The ability to collaborate with others on the HR Team as well as cross-functional partners
