Finance Administrator

Allied Universal® is hiring a **Finance Administrator for our Technololgy Division in QC**. The Finance Administrator is responsible for all areas relating to this position, addresses tight deadlines and will work closely with the company's Finance Team in Head Office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive and Process Techs TimeSheets
- Send Tech hours to Head Office Payroll Team for processing
- Respond to any Tech payroll queries as needed
- Request New Vendors in the System(ensure that all the necessary paperwork is completed)
- Create PO, Verify Vendor Invoice with PO
- Enter Supplier Invoice Data in Upload File on weekly basis
- File the Invoice copies in a central folder for easy access
- Receive Vendor Statements on a regular basis and follow up outstanding items
- Respond to vendor queries
- Prepare Monthly AP accruals and Deferrals by project by Dept.
- Process Subcontractors invoices on a timely basis.
- Request new Clients (ensure that all the necessary paperwork is completed)
- Create Invoices(Servex/Acomba) and add new invoices to Upload File
- Enter weekly Service data in WIP file (Revenue, Subs Costs, Lift Rental)
- Enter Deposits, Month End Receivables in Acomba
- Send Customer Statement and follow up with customers for payment
- Assist the Finance Team in Head Office as needed
- Attend and participate in weekly WIP call
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must possess one or more of the following:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar
- Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar for minimum of five (5) years
- Must be able to meet and maintain any applicable licensing or certification requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- Working knowledge in Acomba and Servex
