**Job description**
- Redirect calls as appropriate and take clear, accurate information when recording phone messages.
- Greet, assist, and provide information to all visitors. Must be courteous, well-spoken, and friendly.
- Give in-person tours of our training facilities, provide program details, answer questions, and walk applicants through our enrollment process.
- Acting as first point of contact for clients
- Assist with filing and data entry tasks.
- Word processing, including drafting and formatting letters and reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of High School Diploma and at least 3-5 year of Sales/Recruitment experience is highly preferred. Any background or experience in a performance-based setting is preferred.
- Must have an excellent command and comprehension of speaking and writing in English. Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Able to type a minimum of 70 wpm.
- Tech-savvy, marketing-savvy, with a deep knowledge of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel.

**Job Type**: Part-Time to start

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk/Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales/Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative/Office Management: 1 year (preferred)
